Located in the Washington D.C, you will work closely with the Chief Estimator to ensure the continued growth and financial success of this outstanding company.
The company specializes in Large commercial plumbing HVAC projects like office buildings, tenant fit-outs, data centers, labs, hospitals, government buildings, etc.
This Senior Estimator will work in the New Construction division that mainly performs "plan & spec" and "design build/assist" bidding.

This Senior Estimator will work in the New Construction division that mainly performs "plan & spec" and "design build/assist" bidding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 7 + years Mechanical estimating.
- Experience with HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Plan & spec and design/build estimating experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft family of products (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Quote Express, Quick Pen, Estimation, or similar estimating software.
- A multi-tasker who can handle the pressure of multiple bidding scenarios at one time.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
