We are looking for an experienced, confident professional with high energy, excellent communication, and analytical skills with a strong personal drive to succeed. The Parts Planner is responsible for managing the material flows intended for projects and mass production. What you will do:
Work with supply chain and buyers to ensure the parts for the different projects.
Track incoming shipments and stock levels on worldwide depots.
Look at ways to improve supply chain networks.
Monitor overall performance and prepare reports to make sure targets are being met.
Handle communication with forwarders, customer service, order to cash and local inventory managers.
Organize a system to optimize freights.
This role might be a good fit if you:
Possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Have proven experience in manufacturing, production management, and planning.
Have knowledge of outgoing freight and international shipment process.
Possess strong organization skills, are detail-oriented, and have great customer service skills.
Possess good computer skills: DHL, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point) and SAP PP module (forecasting, planning, production scheduling).
Have strong interpersonal skills; can effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast and production process.
Have a strong work ethic; are proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess strong analytical skills
Can work with high accuracy and pay attention to details.
