- Ability to do some basic soldering
- Exceptional hand dexterity along with a good mechanical aptitude

- Soldering components on a circuit board
- IPC-A-610 Certified (does not have to be current)
- Working knowledge in reading prints
- Must pass solder test. The test is soldering small components to circuit board both surface mount and through hole
